Grace Rowe speaks to bridge gaps.

Grace is a keynote speaker, interviewer and MC who brings energy, depth and authenticity to every stage and conversation.

She has worked for over 5 years with the not-for-profit charity, Stand Tall, helping to run Australia’s largest youth wellbeing events that inspire students to hold onto hope in life’s most difficult moments. These events have impacted hundreds of thousands of students around NSW, and online, across the country.

A former State Champion in Motocross and Enduro, Grace became one of the few women in Australia to clear a 75ft freestyle motocross gap. In 2023, her life changed instantly after a training accident left her with a broken pelvis in six places. Following 45 nights in hospital, multiple surgeries and an extensive recovery, Grace now shares powerful perspectives on resilience, fear, growth and the impact of using your story to connect and inspire others.

When it comes to interviewing, Grace is known for her depth, preparation and ability to draw out what others often miss. With a sharp instinct for storytelling and a deep level of preparation, she crafts questions that go beyond the expected - uncovering the moments, insights and truths that truly resonate. Grace spoke at Australia’s largest youth wellbeing event, Stasnd Tall Sydney with over 5,500 High School Students about her freestyle motocross accident and recovery.

Recently Grace spoke at the Advocate for Children and Young People’s event on a panel with the most successful Australian Olympian, Emma McKeon, influencer and composer Bailey Pickles and Olympic Breakdancer Jeff Dunne.

While co-hosting the Stand Tall Tamworth event for 4,000 students, Grace also interviewed Danny and Leila Abdallah (Founders i4Give Day) and Bailey Seamer (mental health advocate with lived experience).
