GRACE ROWE
Keynote speaker, MC, Interviewer, Presenter, Former Freestyle Motocross Rider
Grace Rowe is helping people to bridge the gaps that are holding them back - between generations, confusion and clarity, self-doubt and purpose, suffering and strength, familiarity and gratitude, success and purpose. With a powerful mix of lived experience and insight, she creates moments where audiences feel seen, understood and inspired to take their next step forward.
Grace brings the depth, energy and connection that turns a good event into an unforgettable one.
A former NSW state champion in Motocross and Enduro - and the only junior female in Australia to receive full sponsorship at the time - Grace went on to become one of just a few women in the country to clear a 75-foot freestyle motocross pro gap. But everything changed when a serious accident left her with a broken pelvis in six places, three surgeries and forty-five nights in hospital. That journey now underpins her powerful perspectives on resilience, fear and the human capacity to rise.
With years of experience decoding Gen Z and bridging generational gaps - including five years working with Stand Tall, Australia's largest youth wellbeing events - Grace has become a highly sought-after voice on inter-generational connection.
With a deep respect and appreciation for those who have gone before her, she knows that when young meets old, energy meets experience, and ambition meets wisdom, the differences that once frustrated become the greatest untapped advantage in workplaces, families, and society. Because when young people ask more questions and seasoned people are willing to answer them, that's not just good conversation. That's mentorship. That's momentum. That's how people stop tolerating generational differences - and start thriving because of them.
Audiences remember Grace for her warmth and authenticity, and the way she makes even the largest room feel personal - across keynotes, panel discussions, workshops and hosted events.
Her message adapts to the room. Her impact remains the same.

Grace’s Keynotes
Two signature keynotes - and a speaker who can tailor her message to your event's specific needs…
Falling 9 metres:
After the Accident
Resilience · Adversity · Injury Recovery
Grace was one of only a few women in Australia to clear the 75ft pro mens gap in Freestyle Motocross. Then, an accident changed everything.
One mistake and she was airlifted to hospital in a neck-brace, not knowing if her life would ever be the same again. Her pelvis was broken in 6 places - requiring 3 surgeries, 45 nights in hospital and a year and a half of gut-wrenching rehabilitation including learning to walk again.
This experience forms the basis of this powerful keynote. Grace doesn't just tell a story - she turns it into a framework your audience can apply to their own life, helping others to overcome adversity, re-frame their suffering, find hope and be reminded of gratitude and perspective.
Bridging Generations:
Decoding Generational Gaps
Gen Z · Connection · Workplace Culture
The world needs connection more than ever before. Not the buzz word kind - the real kind. Legitimate, inter-generational connection, and Grace can help spark it.
Grace holds a perspective few speakers can claim - lived experience as a Gen Z, over five years working with Australia's largest youth wellbeing events through not-for-profit, Stand Tall, and a genuine ability to connect with every generation in the room. The result is a keynote that doesn't just explain the divide - it closes it.
Grace is passionate about speaking to all generations and helping them to connect with each other - building the kind of intergenerational connection that transforms workplaces, families and communities.
