Grace walks into a room and makes people feel like they're not alone.

She brings the depth, energy and connection that turns a good event into an unforgettable one.

You have to be in a room with Grace Rowe to fully believe it.

The way she speaks creates the kind of connection that event organisers hope for and audiences appreciate.

Growing up pursuing both Ballet and Motocross at an elite level, becoming a State Champion and recently surviving a life-changing accident in Freestyle Motocross - Grace has experienced the incredible highs of winning races, as well as the devastating lows of being airlifted to hospital and learning to walk again. What she brings to the stage is a powerful account of overcoming adversity that cost her almost everything, a deep experience of suffering, forged resilience and an inspirational story that encourages and empowers all audiences.

With five years experience in the youth mental health space working with not-for-profit charity, Stand Tall, and extensive experience including national broadcast interviews on the Today Show, years of events with the NSW Advocate for Children and Young People, and keynote deliveries to audiences of thousands at a time, Grace is quickly becoming a highly sought after voice on resilience, Gen Z and the kind of intergenerational connection that transforms workplaces, schools and families.

She is a keynote speaker, MC, interviewer and on-camera presenter - and whatever the format, whatever the audience, the result is always the same: people leave changed.

"Grace is an absolute breath of fresh air - articulate, engaging, and deeply authentic. She speaks with a rare combination of warmth and wisdom that resonates with both young and old alike. Her message is powerful because it comes straight from the heart, leaving her audience not only inspired but genuinely moved."

- Libby Allaway, Founder of Let’s Connect Women (spoke alongside Grace on an intergenerational panel at Olympic swimmer, Elka Whalan’s, QueenHood event)

Motocross Elite Athlete

The only junior female in the country to sign full sponsorship contracts at the time with Kawasaki Australia - Grace went on to win multiple NSW State Titles for Motocross and Enduro. A few years ago, she started training in Freestyle Motocross, where she became one of just a few women in the country to clear a 75-foot pro gap. But everything changed when a serious accident left her with a broken pelvis in six places, three surgeries and forty-five nights in hospital. Over a year of recovery that involved EMDR Trauma Therapy and learning to walk again, Grace’s journey now underpins her powerful perspectives on adversity, fear, suffering, resilience and hope.

Bridging Generational Gaps

For five years, Grace has worked on the frontline of youth mental health and wellbeing with Stand Tall - the not-for-profit behind Australia's largest youth wellbeing events, reaching hundreds of thousands of students nationwide both live and online. Through that work, and her ability to speak to multiple generations in a way that is not just accepted but welcomed, she has become a sought-after voice for creating genuine connection across generations.

Event organisers choose Grace not just because she delivers real impact - but because she makes their job easier.
