Falling 9 Metres:
After the Accident
Grace grew up training and racing in Motocross at an elite level. She won multiple State Titles, signing her first contracts with Kawasaki Australia at 14, making her the only junior female fully sponsored in the country at the time.
A few years ago, she began training in Freestyle Motocross and became one of only a few women in Australia to clear the 75ft pro mens gap.
Then, after a serious accident, her life changed.
Airlifted to hospital. Severe concussion. Internal bleeding. Broken pelvis in 6 places. Emergency surgery required. Grace lay in a hospital bed, terrified. She was forced in that moment to face a reality that her life may never be the same again.
What followed - 45 nights in hospital, unbearable pain, multiple surgeries, learning to walk again and EMDR trauma therapy - formed the most pivotal insights and lessons she’s ever experienced.
In this powerful keynote, she shares the reality of navigating adversity, rebuilding identity, and finding strength when everything familiar is stripped away. With honesty and perspective, she invites audiences to re-think how they approach challenge, fear, growth, gratitude and perspective.
