Grace Rowe is a keynote speaker, interviewer and MC.
Grace is a dynamic speaker and interviewer who shares her inspiring journey from becoming a State Champion in Motocross and Enduro and one of only a few women in Australia to clear a 75ft freestyle motocross gap, to surviving a severe training accident in 2023 that left her with a broken pelvis in six places.
After 45 nights in hospital, three surgeries and 15 months of rehabilitation and trauma therapy, she has emerged with powerful insights on resilience, overcoming fear and the importance of sharing life experiences to inspire and encourage others.

Grace spoke at Australia’s largest youth wellbeing event, Stasnd Tall Sydney with over 5,500 High School Students about her freestyle motocross accident and recovery.

Recently Grace spoke at the Advocate for Children and Young People’s event on a panel with the most successful Australian Olympian, Emma McKeon, influencer and composer Bailey Pickles and Olympic Breakdancer Jeff Dunne.

While co-hosting the Stand Tall Tamworth event for 4,000 students, Grace also interviewed Danny and Leila Abdallah (Founders i4Give Day) and Bailey Seamer (mental health advocate with lived experience).

The Today Show Live Panel
Grace was interviewed on live TV discussing why young people can’t simply ‘log off’ social media, with questions and suggestions of how to teach young people positive management of an online presence.
